Cheap but 101% healthy Recipe

Now food crest have a very cheap but delicious and 101% healthy recipe. They called it Moringa Leave with Coconut Milk. To prepare this you  the following ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. bagoong sauce
  • 1 small piece of smashed ginger
  • 1/2x of prawns or slice of fresh cleaned fish
Right now for the first step put the Coconut milk to a saucepan and boil it for a few minutes, mix it while boiling. After that and the smashed Ginger and the Bagoong sauce. Add some water and mix it again. You need to mix it to absorb the essence of the taste of the ingredients, after a few boiling seconds put the sliced Fish or Prawns.

On this recipe you can add some other vegetables to add some nutrients on your dish, also try some other healthy meat or sea foods as a replacement for prawns or fish. This dish is full of healthy nutrients like:
amino acids, vitamins, iron and a lot more. I recommend to cook this for dinner or rainy and cold season. Enjoy!

How to make home made "Delicious Burger"

To make a delicious burger you just need to be sure of your ingredients and preparation.

For this Burger recipe

You need the ff:

chopped onions
some garlic (optional)
ground meat
egg
soaked bun

If you make this type of burger i suggest that you can put some spicy chili or some hot sauce to the burger to find the burger exciting to eat and not to be a boring burger. But don't worry for those who hates spicy foods, its not a requirement its optional.

Normally the hardest part is the meat, it should be well roasted and marinated to get the satisfaction of the taste you wanted on your burger. You can add some other Vegetables on you burger as much as you want. But the most important is to put all of the ingredients on the top, it will add freshness to the taste especially the sliced boiled egg. The other Vegetables can also add because those are juicy and fresh.

As a basis for burger sauce you can choose ketchup or any other tomato-based sauce. I usually try to "brighten" them (adding milk, quark, yogurt, etc.) or you may choose to go with a salsa or chili sauce.

You can also replace you patty with a crispy chicken burger, it depends on your taste. You can also make this for you business. See more Food Crest Recipe below. Enjoy!
